Our staff understand what it is like to be waiting for feedback from a job application. We believe in regular communication and update you from initial contact, all the way through to the final outcome.
We will then follow up with you once you have started work for the client to help smooth out any potential issues and assist in any way we can.

Our research and talent acquisition team match your specific background to the roles that our clients have given us to fill. This gives you the best chance at a successful application and to clarify any gaps in your current CV.
We work with you to refine your personal brand and put your best foot forward when approaching our client.

The Process

We like to keep things simple at CCR.
Here are the outlined steps you can expect to go through when you engage with us to represent you.
Regardless of if we are contacting you, or you have approached us, we keep the process the same.
  • Request your latest CV (in Word format with minimal design features), with your relevant skill sets and background summary, including a right to represent you statement.
  • Arrange an informal 15-minute video meeting. This is to get to know you, understand what specific jobs you are seeking, your ideal length of contract, location preferences and for you to feel comfortable working with us.
    We also help you to refine your presentation to potential employers, so we will need to see how you come across on video in person.
  • Explore existing client openings, and carefully match you with potential roles. This includes determining whether you have the skill set, experience, and qualifications required by the client.
  • If you have enquired about a specific role and it is not a mutual match, we keep looking for opportunities with you in mind. Our team are constantly talking to clients and so new roles are constantly coming in.
  • We are invested in you performing well at an interview, as it makes both our and your personal brand look good. To this end, we thoroughly prepare and coach you for interviews to showcase your skills and talent.
